Doesnt work on iPhone 3GS w/ OS4

This app does not work on my iPhone 3GS with OS4.xx installed.

Im not sure if its the fact that the dial tones emitted are too long between digits but the calling card system responds with "were sorry that is not a valid PIN.. Please enter your 11 digit PIN". This happens after the app enters only the first few digits of the PIN!!!

It simply does not work with CiCi calling Card. This app is useless to me right now.
